CURLStringFile オブジェクトを作ります。
これは、CURLOPT_POSTFIELDS でファイルをアップロードするときに使います。
dataアップロードするデータ。
postnameアップロードするデータの中のファイルの名前。
mime
ファイルの MIME タイプ(デフォルトは application/octet-stream)
