A hint for PHP beginners like me:
The buffered output which is write by fflush() has nothing to do with the output buffer which is initiated by the ob_start() function.

fflush — Сбрасывает буфер вывода в файл
Данная функция осуществляет сброс буферизованных данных
в файл, на который указывает stream.
streamТребуется допустимый указатель на файл, который успешно открыли функцией fopen() или функцией fsockopen() и ещё не закрыли функцией fclose().
Функция возвращает true, если выполнилась успешно, или false, если возникла ошибка.
